以德治国和以法治国是社会主义建设选择的正确方向 ,在党风建设上亦如此。德法兼治是推动党风建设的重要手段 ,在运用这一手段过程中应注意道德与法律 ,实践与知识普及的关系 ,还应着力建立完善的监督机制和教育体系。

It is the correct way to the construction of socia lism to administer t he country by means of morality and law. So is the style of the Party. Improving morality and law concurrently is an important way to promote the construction o f the Party. During the improvement much attention should be paid to the relatio nship between morality and law, practice and popularization of knowledge, and al so many efforts should be concentrated on building perfect supervisory mechanism and educational system.
