Demand is the reason of people's action. Meeting the demand of people is the start-pointing of making guideline and policy of the Communist Party and the aim of socialistic construction. Therefore it is the theoretic basis of ideal and political work. We should meet people's demand by using right way to bring into play the initiative of the masses to ensure the efficiency of ideal and political work.
