中小学实施素质教育的合力效应

The Resultant Effect in the Implementation of Quality Education in Middle and Primary Schools

本文针对目前中小学实施素质教育缺乏整体合力的现状 ,运用系统论的观点 ,提出了素质教育目标的纵横交错网络系统 ,并就各教育主体如何围绕素质教育横向目标系统相互协调发挥合力效应 。

Aiming at the deficiency of the resultant in current implementation of quality education in middle and primary schools, this paper put forward the crisscross network system of quality education objectives, holding that the resultant effect must be maximized in order to achieve the optimal result of education.
