摘要
中国经济的快速发展 ,要求政府增加对基础设施的投资 ,而BOT项目可以缓解政府资金不足的问题。然而由于在BOT项目实施过程中有许多风险 ,只有进行合理的风险分担和规避 ,才能保证各参与方在相互的合作中双赢(Win-Win)。
The rapid development of economy in china requires the government to increase investment in infrastructure projects. BOT projects may help ease capital shortage in China. A lot of risks may be encountered in implementation of BOT projects. This paper elaborates the risks of BOT projects.
