我国现行外资银行政策中的市场准入限制与非国民待遇影响了外资银行的在华投资 ,众多不规范的优惠政策又扭曲了内、外资银行的公平竞争秩序 ,而隐性超国民待遇影响的是内资银行的实际竞争力。因此 ,清理和规范外资银行政策势在必行。
