本文简要论述了 β—环糊精在不同条件下选择性磺酰化的方法 ,并且进行了β—CD— 6—Ts的制备 ,改进了 β—CD与 β—CD— 6—Ts薄层分析的展开条件。

In this paper,three kinds of method of regio selective Sulfonation of C-6 hydroxyl group of β-cyclodex trin was discussed.According to the literature,β-cd-6-Ts was prepared in our laboratory The condition of TLC analysis of β-CD and β-CD-6-Ts was also improved.
