摘要
用正交实验法系统考查了新型表面活性剂烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚乙酸钠 (TX10 C Na)的合成工艺条件 ,反应最佳工艺条件为 :醚 (烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX 1 0 )酸 (一氯乙酸 )投料mol比为 1 :1 .0 5 ,反应温度 85℃ ,反应时间≥ 5h ,催化剂用量 2 .5g/mol,产品收率 >95 % .通过与合成原料TX 1 0比较 ,对TX10 C Na表面活性进行了分析测定 .
The main factors affecting the synthesis of sodium acetic acid of alkylphenol polyoxylene(10) ether (TX 10 C Na) were discussed. The optimum reaction conditions were chloroacetic acid/alkylphenol polyoxyethylene(10)ether=1.05(mol); reaction temperature was 85℃; reaction time was more than 5.0h; XLS catalyst use level=2.5g/mol. The yield of TX 10 C Na was more than 95%.The surface activity of TX 10 C Na was measured and discussed compared with TX 10.
