摘要
目的 :考察不同厂家和批号的灵芝胶囊中的多糖含量及稳定性。方法 :采用分光光度法及恒温加速试验法 ,以灵芝胶囊中多糖为测定指标。结果 :不同厂家及批号的灵芝胶囊中多糖含量有较大差异 ,其胶囊的有效期为 1.12年。结论 :该方法简便、准确易行。
Objective:By comparison of the polysaccharide content and stability in products of different manufacturers to investigate the quality of ganoderma capsules.Methods:The polysaccharide content in ganoderma capsules was determined spectrophotometrically and its stability was evaluated at constant temperature by using accelerated method.Result:There were great difference in polysaccharide content in ganoderma capsule products from different manufacturers with an average expiring date of 1.12 years.Conclusion:The methods adopted in the study are simple and convenient.
