大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、阴沟肠杆菌的耐药分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :对我院 2 0 0 0年 1月~ 2 0 0 2年 12月三年临床标本中分离的大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、阴沟肠杆菌进行耐药性分析 ,指导临床合理用药。方法 :严格按《全国临床检验操作规程》操作。结果 :大肠埃希氏菌对哌拉西林、阿莫西林和棒酸耐药率明显增强 ,头胞噻肟也有所增强 ;铜绿假单胞菌对所列抗生素均呈逐年上升趋势 ;阴沟肠杆菌对亚胺培南耐药率由 17 86%上升至 3 1 91%。阴沟肠杆菌为医源性细胞 ,在医院长期抗生素压力下耐药率很高。结论 :合理化使用抗生素 。
