摘要
目的 :研究全自动生化分析仪对镁测定产生影响的生化项目。方法 :先测出某试剂成分含有高浓度镁的项目 ,然后在同一批次中将该项目与镁依次测定 ,观察该项目对镁测定的影响。结果 :发现CK、CK MB、ALP、HDL C、TG和TP等项目对镁测定有显著影响 ,均使镁测定值显著升高。结论 :可根据不同仪器特点 ,采取相应方法来消除上述项目对镁测定的影响 。
Objective: To study the biochemical items that affected the detection of magnesium (MG) by an automatical analyzer. Methods: The items that contented high concentration of MG were tested first, and then the MG in the same batch was detected one by one. The item that affected the detection of MG was observed. Results: The tests of CK, CK-MB, ALP, HDL-C, TG and TP had significant influence on detecting MG and this made all the values of MG increase significantly. Conclusion: According to the features of the different instruments, the related measures can be taken to preclude the influence on detecting MG in the above items. We should pay much attention to the interference between the items in the automatical analysis.
