摘要
本文讨论了用计算机分析滚筒式采煤机截割部的动态特性,以某种型号采煤机为例,建立了动力学模型,用矩阵迭代法计算了固有频率及相应的主振型,用模态分析法解出了在激振下的响应。最后计算了系统的动力系数,验证了其结构设计的合理性。
This paper discusses that dynamic properties of shearer's cutting unit is analysed with a computer,Taking a type of shearer's for example,the dynamic model is introduced,natu- ral frequencics and normal modes of system are calculated by Matrix Itcration and forced vibration response function of system is solved by Model Analysis.This paper also com- pute the dynamic coefficient of system,proving that its structure design is reasonable.
