摘要
报导了笔者所进行的100℃下三段式低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)固相氯化工艺操作的最新工作情况。由红外光谱图谱分析表征了氯化聚乙烯(CPE)的分子结构:在610、670cm-1处有CCl强烈吸收峰,表明在操作工艺状态下LDPE被均匀氯化。对热力学性能θg(℃)、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率与氯化程度的关系亦做了分析,最终产品定位在35%氯化程度。
This paper reported the author's latest researching result of the chlorinated polyethylene prepared from LDEP by three steps solid phase processing, whose interact was taking place under 100℃. The chain structures of solid chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) and its relation to the property has been examined qualitatively by IRS: There is CCl strongly absorbing peak between 610cm-1 and 670cm-1. It showed that LDPE was welldistributed chlorinated under the state of the technological operating progress. It was also explored the influence of chlorinating conditions on the relationship between θg(℃),the extending resisting strength,the percent of break length,chlorine percent and the product's properties, according to which, the author drew a conclusion that the best chlorinated degree of the product is 35% . Until now, there is no any report about the production of CPE from LDPE through the technology like this research method at home or abroad.
