反坦克导弹控制设备故障诊断系统

摘要 故障诊断系统可以分析、判断故障发生的原因和部位,使维修人员快速诊断和排除故障;反坦克导弹控制设备故障诊断专家系统,采用单片机对控制设备的电气参数进行检测,对测量结果进行处理,再由计算机专家系统进行比较、分析,作出故障判断,显示故障信息和发生的部位,提示排除的方法;论述了故障诊断系统的设计与实现;试用表明:该系统检测故障定位准确,性能可靠,操作简便、实用. Any fault related with anti-tank missiles control equipment(MCE)can affect the firing and controlling of missiles. The fault diagnosis system(FDS)enables maintenances to eliminate possible fault by quickly detecting the cause and malfunction parts. The FDS can test the electric parameters of the controlling equipment, and have the necessary handling of the testing results. Then, the computer expert system will make the comparison analysis. Finally it will make a judgment of the fault and display the fault information and the malfunction parts. Besides, it can indicate the solution to solve the problem. The design of FDS is mainly discussed in this paper.Through trying, it proved to be accurate, has reliable performance and simple and convenient operation, and practical.
