Summarize the Development of Maintenance Thought

维修对国民经济有举足轻重的影响.维修思想指导着维修实践不断向前发展;综述了维修思想的发展情况,特别是对20世纪60年代后出现的主要维修思想,如以可靠性为中心的维修理论(reliability centered maintenance, RCM)、主动维修思想(proactive maintenance, PaM)、基于环保和可持续发展考虑的绿色维修思想、为了未来投资的维修思想、再制造工程的维修思想等进行了详细介绍;从中总结出了一些规律性的结论,对我军装备维修政策的制定、维修改革的目标和发展方向的确定具有启示作用.

Maintenance has an important influence on the national economy. Maintenance thought guides maintenance to practise continuously forward development. The paper summarizes the development of maintenance thought according to skeleton of time course, especially introducing several main thought developed after 1960s such as RCM, PaM, maintenance considering environment protection and sustaining development (green maintenance, maintenance in the interest of future investment, maintenance of reproduce engineering) etc. By investigating development course of maintenance thought, some disciplinary conclusions are drawn. These conclusions help us do equipment maintenance work better in the future, at the same time, enlighten us to establish equipment maintenance policies, ensure object and development direction of maintenance reform.
