对声波助清灰技术在袋式除尘器中应用的初步认识 被引量:1

摘要 袋式除尘器发展过程主要体现在两个方面:一是滤料材质的发展;二是清灰方式的发展。声波助清灰是以声波清灰为辅,其它清灰方式(如反吹、振打等)为主,使粉尘易于清除的技术。文章介绍了声波助清灰工作原理,浅析了声压级和频率对清灰效果的影响和声波助清灰技术中的一些关键问题,并就该技术的研究和应用提出了几点建议。 The development of bag filters is mainly incarnated in two aspects: the first is the development of the quality of the filter bag, the second is the development of the mode of the cleaning. Sonic cleaning is the technique that the dust can be easily wiped out from the filter bag, giving priority to the mode of cleaning (eg. reverse gas, mechanism flapping) and minors in sonic cleaning. On the base of introducing the working principle of sonic cleaning, this paper analyzes effect of sonic pressure and sonic frequency in cleaning and key problems in sonic cleaning technique. Some suggestions on research and application of sonic cleaning are proposed.
