特重型颅脑损伤45例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 45 cases with special severe craniocerebral injury

目的 报告 45例特重型颅脑损伤患者的诊治经验。方法 对 45例特重型颅脑损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析研究。结果 45例患者恢复良好 6例 ( 13 .3 % ) ,中残 6例 ( 13 .3 % ) ,重残 10例 ( 2 2 .2 % ) ,植物生存 3例 ( 6.7% ) ,死亡 2 0例 ( 44 .4% )。结论 特重型颅脑损伤的诊治应强调及时和多种治疗方法的综合应用 ,以降低其死亡率 。

Objective To report diagnosing and treating experience of 45 cases with special severe craniocerebral injury.Methods Clinical materials of 45 patients with special severe craniocerebral injury were retrospectively analyzed. Results 6 patients (13.3%) recovered favorably, 6 patients (13.3%) were moderately maimed, 10 patients were severely maimed, 3 patients (6.7%) lived as plant, and 20 cases (44.4%) died. Conclusion Treatment of patients with special severe craniocerebral injury should emphasized on rescuing without delay and comprehensive utilization of multiple treatment to decrease the dead rate and increase the life quality.
