摘要
采用甲亚胺法合成乙草胺的新工艺 ,可以得到较高纯度的产品和较高的合成收率 ,但是如果在合成过程中工艺条件控制不当 ,会产生凝胶物而影响产品的纯度和合成收率。为此 ,研究了用甲亚胺法合成乙草胺过程中可能出现凝胶物的原因和机理。实验结果表明 ,在中间体甲亚胺的合成过程中 ,反应液的 p H值大小是引起下一步仲酰胺合成时是否有凝胶物产生的主要原因 ,同时探讨了凝胶物的形成机理 ,提出了避免产生凝胶物的较佳工艺条件 ,得出了甲亚胺合成过程中采用控制反应液 p H值的操作方法。
The new process of azomethin could result in higher purity products and higher rateof synthesis. But if the process control is not appropriate in the process of production, colloids which could reduce product purity and synthesis will come up. So this paper presents the process of azomethin and discusses the cause and mechanism of possible colloids in the process of acetochlor synthesis using azomethin. The experiment results show that in the process synthesizing the intermediate of azomethin pH is the main fact or which can cause colloids. In the meantime, the colloid mechanism is discussed and the preferable process conduction which can avoid colloids is obtained. It is evident that research here has practical value.
