支气管结核病327例治疗

The Treatment on 327 Cases of Endobronchial Tuberculosis

目的 探讨应用外科手术、药物及纤维支气管镜 (纤支镜 )下介入治疗支气管结核病的疗效。方法 32 7例支气管结核病经单纯纤支镜下用药治疗 113例 ,纤支镜下微波介入治疗 5 2例 ,外科手术治疗 16 2例。结果 治愈 2 0 3例 ,显效 112例 ,好转 12例。结论 外科手术治疗虽能治愈 ,但损伤较大 ;内镜下微波治疗并镜下给药治疗支气管内膜结核 ,能使病灶迅速缩小 ,呼吸困能明显改善 ,可以达到治愈的目的。

Objective To explore the treatment effects of surgery and microwave/medicine using fiberoptic bronchoscope on endobronchial tuberculosis. Methods Three hundred and twenty seven patients were divided into three groups: 113 with the medicine under fibercoptic bronchoscope, 52 with microwave under fibercoptic bronchoscope, and 162 under surgery.Results Among the total of 327, 203 recovered, 112 achieved favorable effects and 12 had some improvement.Conclusion The surgical treatment, although effective, has some serious side effects. The treatment under microwave using medicine by fiberoptic bronchoscope can quickly reduce the size of lesion, make patients breath easily and achieve a favorable effect of recovery.
