Report of 22 cases with acute arterial ischemia of extremilty

目的 探讨急性肢体动脉缺血 (AEI)的病因、治疗及影响其预后的因素。方法 回顾性总结 2 2例AEI患者临床处理的经验。结果 手术处理 2 1例占 95 5 % ;非手术处理 1例 ,肢体挽救率 10 0 %。结论 急诊手术对绝大多数AEI的病人有效。该病预后取决于早期诊断和及时治疗 ,对不同情况采取不同的处理措施。总的原则是尽快恢复缺血组织的血供 ;

AIM To study the cause of illness,treatment and factors affecting the prognosis of acute arterial ischemia in the extremities (AEI). METHODS Clinical experience in 22 patients with AEI was retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS 21 out of 22(95 5%)patients underwent surgery, non operation was 1 patient,limb salvage was 100%. CONCLUSION Emergent surgery is effective in most patients of AEI.Pronosis depands on early diagnosis and timely treatment. Individual treatment modality methods should be adopted according to the status of patient with AEI. Prompt restoring blood supply, decreasing the absorption of toxic products and protect the function of multiple organs were all mandatory for the treatment of AEI patients.
