本文在时下西方法学界“法学的语言学转向”的思潮的学术背景下 ,以几例法学学术研究个案中语言学研究方法的运用为线索 ,结合我国目前法律语言学研究现状 。

This article probes into the creative inspiration of'Linguistics Diversion of Law'to the methodology of law linguistics research against an academic background in current western law field of'Linguistics Diversion of Law',with the application of linguistics research approaches in a few law academic researches as clues,in combination with the present law linguistics research situation.
