费森尤斯透析液的制备和质量控制

目的 探讨费森尤斯透析液的制备及质量控制。方法 分别制备A液和B液 ,用碳酸氢盐作缓冲碱基制备透析液。结果 费森尤斯透析液的 pH值为 (7 5 3± 0 0 4 ) ,制品中Na+ 、K+ 、Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 、HCO-3 、Cl-的含量分别为 (137 93± 0 6 7)、(2 0 0± 0 0 5 )、(1 72± 0 0 3)、(0 5 4± 0 0 2 )、(35 0 9± 0 2 9)、(10 9 2 3± 0 33)mmol·L-1。结论 费森尤斯透析液制备方便 ,质量易控可靠 ,是一种较理想的新型透析液 。

AIM To study the methods of preparation and quality control of Fresenius dialysis solution. METHODS Prepare the dialysis solution by making A solution and B solution, respectively. RESULTS The pH was 7 53±0 04 and the contents of Na +,K +,Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ ,HCO - 3,Cl - were(137 93±0 67),(2 00±0 05),(1 72±0 03),(0 54±0 02),(35 09±0 29),(109 23±0 33) mmol·L -1 ,respectively. CONCLUSION The method is rapid, reliable and simple. It can be used for the preparation and quality control of Fresenius diaysis solution.
