摘要
分析了定心上摆式递纸机构的运动过程,选择5次多项式曲线设计递纸牙运动规律,采用矢量分析法反推出驱动递纸机构的凸轮从动杆的运动规律,进而得到凸轮的廓线。编制出计算机程序进行了实例计算,并通过改进凸轮回程设计,改善了递纸牙的运动特性。
The analysis is carried out on the motion process of papertransferring mechanism upswinging around the fixed position. The 5th degree polynomials curve is chosen as the manner in which the gripper performs. The motion of the oscillating follower which drives the papertransferring mechanism is presented by using the vector analytic method so that the cam profiles is achieved. The programs are compiled for the calculation of an example. Through modifying the design of the cam's fall curve the motion characteristics of the papertransferring gripper is improved.
