急性脑损伤的肾替代治疗
摘要
一、与急性脑损伤相关的肾功能衰竭
脑创伤和感染可以引起急性肾功能衰竭(ARF),而一些系统性疾病既可以引起脑损伤,也可导致ARF;此外,慢性肾功能衰竭维持性透析患者可以出现急性脑血管事件.这些都是肾替代治疗必须面对的难题[1].
