摘要
目的 观察半乳糖性白内障大鼠房水及晶体中牛磺酸 (Tau)及谷氨酸 (Glu)、甘氨酸(Gly)、赖氨酸 (Lys)、色氨酸 (Try) 4种氨基酸含量变化情况。方法 应用高效液相色谱仪 (HPLC) ,测定不同组别Wistar大鼠房水及晶体中上述物质含量。结果 正常大鼠房水及晶体中上述物质含量随着大鼠日龄的延长而逐渐增加 ,而半乳糖性白内障大鼠这 5种物质的含量与同期正常组大鼠房水及晶体中这 5种物质含量相比明显下降。结论 半乳糖性白内障房水及晶体中牛磺酸及 4种氨基酸的改变与白内障疾病的发生。
Objective To observe the change of Tau,Glu,Gly,Lys,Try in the crystalline lens and aqueous humor in Wistar rats with gakactise cataract. Methods The content of Tau and amino-acids were measured by high performance liquid chromatography in the crystalline lens and aqueous humor. Results In the control group, the content of Tau and amino-acids in the crystalline lens and aqueous humor increased as rat growing up in three weeks (P<0.01).However,in cataract group,the content of Tau and amino-acids in the gakactise cataract reduced significantly compared with that of the control group at the same time points. Conclusion The change of Tau and amino-acids in the crystalline lens and aqueous humor of rats with gakactise cataract is related to development of cataract.
