摘要 本文概述了近30年来胚胎生物技术包括体外受精与显微受精、孤雌生殖、胚胎分割与嵌合、配 子与胚胎的冷冻保存、胚胎干细胞、转基因、克隆动物技术的发展及在实验动物上的应用前景。 This review sum up systematically the development of embryo-biotechnology in including in vitro fertilization, microinjection of sperm, parthenogenesis, spilt and chimera of embryo, freezing of zygote and embryo, ES cell, transgenic and cloned animal in recent 30 years. recent 30 years and its applications and perspectives on lab animal.
