摘要
“采和Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号”为纯中药制剂。本实验以兔为Ⅱ度冻伤的模型,用该药治疗4d,即可将基本治愈Ⅱ度冻伤,经病理切片证实;与对照组差异明显。“采和Ⅰ号”为煎剂、“采和Ⅱ号”为霜剂,后者在冬季治疗冻疮则更为方便。本实验结果与临床治疗效果一致,疗效确实。
'Caihe No. Ⅰ、 Caihe No. Ⅱ ' is a preparation made from pure herbal medicine and has been using for frosbite treatment in human for a long time. Its therapeutic effect on rabbit was evaluated here. Methods; Silver dollar was frozen by liquid nitrogen ( -196 C) and sticked closely onto the skin of the rabbit to establish grade I frostbite animal model. The therapeutic effect of 'Caihe No. Ⅰ、 Ⅱ ' was analyzed with the control group. Results:① Pathological changes occurred for Ⅱ degree to deep Ⅱdegree at 5s after frostbite. ② After 4 day-period treatment of 'Caihe No. Ⅰ、Ⅱ ', I degree frostbite were healed. There was significant difference between 'Caihe No. Ⅰ 、 Ⅱ ' and the control group. Conclusion:'Caihe No. Ⅰ、Ⅱ ' have therapeutic effect for frostbite in rabbit. 'Caihe No. Ⅰ ' is a decoction,while 'Caihe No. Ⅱ ' is a cream, and the latter is more convenient for pernio in winter. The results of the experiment is same as the clinical result, so its curative effect is reliable.
