超声刀在腹腔镜结直肠癌术中的临床应用

The clinical application of ultracision in laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer

目的 :探讨腹腔镜结合超声刀在结、直肠癌术中的临床应用价值。方法 :运用腹腔镜结合超声刀治疗结、直肠肿瘤 16例 ,其中结肠癌手术 8例 ,直肠癌手术 8例 ,均在全麻下实施腹腔镜手术。结果 :16例手术均获得成功 ,手术平均时间180min ,平均出血量 40～ 3 5 0ml。无严重并发症发生 ,术后病理证实均为腺癌 ,上下切线无癌组织残留。术后随访 6个月～1a ,无肿瘤复发及穿刺口肿瘤种植。结论 :腹腔镜结合超声刀治疗结直肠癌具有较高的实用价值 ,在严格掌握手术适应证的基础上 。

Objective To explore the value of ultracision in laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer.Methods Sixteen patients with colorectal cancer were performed laparoscopic resection using ultracision,in which 8 were colon cancer and 8 were rectum cancer.Results Laparoscopic resection was performed successfully in all patients.The mean operation time was 180 minutes,and average bleeding was 40～350ml.There was no complication after operation.There was no tumor cell residual at top and bottom line,and no tumor port-site metastases and tumor cell distribution within 0.5 to 1 year after operation.Conclusion Laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer using ultracision is safe and feasible.
