双唇畸形的外科治疗

Surgical operations for the malforation of lips

目的 :比较两种手术方法治疗双唇畸形的效果。方法 :①唇部肥厚粘膜切除术 ,②摘除唇部小涎腺并修正粘膜的长度外形。结果 :采用唇肥厚组织切除术满意率约 5 7 1%,采用唇腺摘除术加粘膜修整术满意率 10 0 %,解剖外形恢复正常。结论 :唇腺摘除术较为准确可靠 ,是易于掌握的手术方法 。

Objective To compare two surgical treatments for lip malformation.Methods Lip thick mucous was resected by the surgical operation.Small salivary of the lips was resected and the length and appearance of the mucous was adjusted.Results 57.01% of the patients were satisfied with the first method and all the patients were satisfied with the second method.Conclusion The surgical operation to remove lip salivary is accurate,reliable and easy with good and stable effect. [
