肛管直肠恶性黑色素瘤9例报道

The diagnosis and therapy of anorectal malignant melanoma

目的 :探讨肛管直肠恶性黑色素瘤的治疗方法。方法 :回顾分析我院收治的 9例恶性黑色素瘤病人的治疗及预后情况。结果 :本组病人预后差 ,生存期短 ,手术加免疫治疗效果优于单纯手术或手术加放化疗。结论 :恶性黑色素瘤病人治疗以手术为主 ,Miles术后和经肛门局部切除术是常选用的两种术式 。

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and reasonable treatment of anorectal malignant melanoma.Methods The treatment methods and prognosis of 9 cases of anorectal malignant melanoma from 1984 to 2002 were reviewed and analyzed.Results These 9 cases had poor prognosis.The effect of combination of operation and immunotherapy was better than single resection or the combination of resection and radiochemotherapy.Conclusion Operation is the main treatment for anorectal malignant melanoma.The combination operation of abdominoperineu and local resection and immunotherapy can achieve a good result.
