巩膜环扎加压不放液术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的临床分析

Clinical evaluation of encircling cleral buckling surgery without draingage of subretinal fluid in rhegmatogenous retinal detachment

目的 :探讨孔源性视网膜脱离的治疗 ,不断改进手术方案 ,寻找一种简单的、损伤小而有效的手术方法。方法 :本文对 19例孔源性视网膜脱离采取环扎加压不放液手术治疗。结果 :2～ 3d网膜下液吸收者 7例 ,占 36 .8% ;3～ 7d吸收者 8例 ,占 4 2 .1% ;7～ 15d吸收者 3例 ,占 15 .8%。术后恢复满意 ,无一例有并发症出现。结论 :巩膜环扎加压不放液手术具有手术操作简单化。

Objective:To evaluate encircling cleral buckling surgery without drainage of subretinal fluid(SRF)in patient with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD).Methods:nineteen patients were treated with encling scleral buckling surgery without drainage of subretinal fluid.SRF. Results:The numbers of patients whose SRF were observed in 2～3 days,in 3～7days,and in 7～15 days were 7(36.8%),8(42.1),and3(15.8%).All case had no complication.Conclusion:Encircling cleral buckling surgery without drainage of subretinal fluid is a simple,effective and less complication method in treatment with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.
