绒毛膜癌误诊原因及其对预后影响的探讨

The misdiagnosis reason of choriocarcnoma and its effect on the prognosis

目的 :探讨绒毛膜癌误诊的原因及预防误诊的措施。方法 :收集 1987年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 2月被误诊的绒癌患者 12例 ,对其临床诊断和治疗过程进行回顾性分析。结果 :绒癌误诊的主要原因是询问病史和体格检查不认真、辅助检查的误导及对绒癌肺转移的X线胸片征象了解不足。结论 :绒癌误诊严重影响患者的预后 ,必须尽力避免。

Objective:To study the misdiagnosis reason and the prevention of choriocarcinoma. Method: We collect 12 cases data from Jan.1987 to Feb.2002 who were misdiagnosed, and reviewed the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Result: Careless asking history and phsyical examination; knowing deficiancy of X-ray of choriocarcinoma are the main reason of the disease.Conclusion:We'd better avoid the misdiagnosis; for its had bad effect on the choriocarcinoma prognosis.
