鼻内窥镜下微波治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎

Treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis by microwave under nasal endoscope

目的 :探讨鼻内窥镜下微波治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效。方法 :在鼻内窥镜直视下行微波组织凝固术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎 5 8例。结果 :治愈 12例 (2 0 .7% ) ,显效 19例 (32 .8% ) ,改善 2 2例(37.9% ) ,无效 5例 (8.6 % ) ,总有效率为 91.4 % ,无并发症发生。结论 :与中、下鼻甲部分切除术以及前鼻镜下微波治疗相比 ,本治疗手术创面小 ,出血少 ,术野清晰 ,操作方便 ,术后反应轻 ,且无须住院 ,时间省 ,花费少 ,痛苦小 。

Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis with microwave under nasal endoscope.Method: Fifty-eight patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were treated with microwave tissue coagulation under nasal endoscope at our outpatient clinic. Some factors affecting operation effect were discussed. Result: In all patients,12 cases(20.7%)were cured,19 cases (32.8%)significantly improved,22 cases (37.9%) improved,5 cases (8.6%) unimproved and the total effective rate was 91.4%. No complication happened. Conclusion: Compared with the partial middle or inferior turbinectomy and microwave surgery with a nasal speculum,this technique has several advantages such as less damage,less hemorrhage,clear and clean operation field,easy to operate,light post-operative reactions and so on.
