电视胸腔镜胸腺手术的围术期处理

VATS in the diagnosis and treatment of mediastinal disease

目的 :探讨电视胸腔镜胸腺手术的围术期处理方法。方法 :2 0 0 0年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 8月我院应用电视胸腔镜手术 (VATS)进行胸腺手术共 10例。胸腺瘤 6例 ,胸腺囊肿 2例 ,胸腺增生 1例 ,恶性胸腺瘤 1例。重症肌无力 3例 ,按Ossermen分型Ⅰ型 1例 ,ⅡA 型 2例。结果 :9例于胸腔镜下完成 ,1例中转开胸完成 ,全组无并发症 ,无一死亡 ,均治愈出院。结论 :适当选择病例。

Objective: To evaluate the role of video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) in mediastinal disease(MD).Method: We operated 10 cases MD from Jan.2000 to Aug.2002 with VATS mediastinal carcinoma 6 cases mediastinal cyst 2 cases.Result:9 cases were thronghout with VATS 1 was operated during the course. There's no complication all were cured.Conclusion: It grored that the proprate case, mangement was the guranter of MD with VAST.
