多异体脐血输注诱导产生免疫低反应性的实验与临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨多异体脐血输注诱导肾移植受者产生同种免疫低反应的可行性及对移植肾早期排斥反应的影响。方法 对 2 0例肾移植受者术前行多异体脐血输注 ,分别于输血前及输血后 1月、2月、3月 ,检测受者和供者特异性单向混合淋巴细胞反应 ( ML R)等指标的变化 ;并比较肾移植术后早期脐血组与对照组排斥反应的发生情况。结果 脐血输注后受者对供脐血的特异的 ML R显著降低 ( P<0 .0 1) ,对无关成人的 ML R亦有明显下降( P<0 .0 5 )。移植后三月脐血组无一例排斥反应发生。结论 多异体脐血输注能诱导肾移植受者产生同种免疫低反应性。这种低反应性可能对移植肾早期排斥反应的发生有抑制作用。 Objective To investigate and evaluate a clinically perspective way of inducing transplantation tolerance.Methods Multi-cord blood transfusion was performed before kidney transplantation in 20 cases. Donor-specific mixed lymphocyte reaction(MLR)and allograft rejection were observed and studied. Results The donor-specific MLR was suppressed in every recipient. No allograft rejection took place in the cord blood transfusion group three months after kidney transplantation. Conclusion Multi-cord blood transfusion is a practical way of inducing transplatation tolerance.
