黄芩对牙髓卟啉单胞菌生长、形态影响的体外实验

Effect of Radix Scutellariae on the Growth and form of Porphyromanus endodontics in vitro

目的 探讨黄芩治疗牙髓根尖周病的机制。方法 采用试管两倍稀释法测定黄芩对牙髓卟啉单胞菌生长的影响 ;用扫描电镜观察黄芩对牙髓卟啉单胞菌形态的影响。结果 黄芩对牙髓卟啉单胞菌具有抑制作用 ,其最小抑菌浓度 ( MIC)值为 1mg/ ml;黄芩使菌体体积增大 ,最终菌体溶解。

Objective To provide scientific evidence for underpinning the use of Radix Scutellariae in the treatm ent of pulp and periapical diseases.Methods Using m inute am ount serial dilution test,this study assessed the m inimal inhibitory concentration of Radix Scutellariae extreact against Porphyromanus Endodontics.The forms of Porphyromanus endodontics treated with Radix Scutellariae extract at different concentrations were observed by use of SEM.Results The MIC of Radix Scutellariae extract was determined to be1m g/ ml.Radix Scutellariae changed the forms of Porphyromanus endodontics,m aking them becom e bigger,longer and crum bled.Conclusion Radix Scutellariae could inhibit the growth of Porphyromanus Endodontics.
