在实施精益生产方式的工厂实践中,针对现场管理问题,提出了只有建立起以车间主任为中心的现场管理体制,将生产现场管理的指挥权实实在在地交给车间主任,才能够有效提高现场综合管理水平的管理思路。最后结合本企业应用的实际情况进行了相应的阐述。

Lean production demands reinforcement of fieldwork management, and it cannot be carried out effectively without the improvement of the field management. With year's practice in factory with lean production, the author proposes to establish fieldwork management system with workshop director as its center and in particular, who will be in real charge of the management of the workshop, so as to upgrade the level of comprehensive management.
