With rapid integration into the global manufacture and purchase network, Chinese enterprises are becoming a new 'World Factory'. To train the management and technicians to master the industrial engineering (IE) is an important way to enhance the operational efficiency. From the perspective of third party consulting, this article introduces a practical IE training system to meet the needs of manufacturers.
