常用抗肿瘤药对喉癌KBV200细胞增殖抑制作用的研究

目的 研究喉癌多药耐药细胞株的耐药谱 ,为实现临床化学治疗个体化提供实验依据。方法 以喉癌KBV2 0 0耐药细胞株为研究对象 ,采用MTT法检测临床常用 8种抗肿瘤药物对该细胞株的抑制作用。结果 长春新碱、阿霉素、平阳霉素、环磷酰胺、阿糖胞苷对KBV2 0 0细胞的抑制作用差 ,三尖杉酯、5 Fu及顺铂对KBV2 0 0细胞的抑制作用好。结论 KBV2 0 0细胞对长春新碱、阿霉素、平阳霉素、环磷酰胺、阿糖胞苷

Objective To make a study of KBV200 cell line on its multidrug resistance and provide experimental data for clinical individual chemotherapy.Methods MTT reduction assaywas used to investgate the inhibition of8 common chemotherapetic agents on KBV200 cell line.Result Vincristine?Adriamycin?Bleomycin?Cyclophosphamide and Arabinosyl Cytosine have poorer inhibition than Harrihgtonine?Cicplatin and 5 Fu on KBV200 cell line.Conclusion KBV200 cell line is multidrug resistance to Vincristine?Adriamycin?Bleomycin?Cyclophosphamide and Arabinosyl Cytosine.
