临床标本中酵母样真菌的分离及耐药性现状分析

Isolation of yeasts from clinical specimens and analysis of the resistance to these yeasts to anti-fungus agents recently

目的 调查目前临床标本中酵母样真菌的分离率及菌种分布 ,分析临床常见菌种对 6种抗真菌药物的耐药性现状。方法 常规分离临床标本中的酵母样真菌 ,用科玛嘉显色培养基及Vitek 32YBC卡鉴定菌种 ,统计检出率和菌种分布 ,用ATBfungus药敏试剂盒测定其对 6种抗真菌药物的敏感性。结果 研究期间共分离到 2 77例有临床意义的酵母样真菌 ,分别占各类标本病原总检出率的 10 %以上。检出率较高的菌种依次为白假丝酵母菌 (6 7.5 % )、热带假丝酵母菌 (9.7% )、克柔假丝酵母菌 (7.6 % )及光滑球拟酵母菌 (6 .9% ) ,在 6种抗真菌药物中 ,对酮康唑、益康唑的耐药率与以前报道相比显著增加 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 近年来由酵母样真菌感染引起的疾病及其对常用抗真菌药物的耐药率都明显增加 。

Objective To investigate the distribution of yeasts detected from clinical specimens,analysis the resistance recently to these yeasts to six kinds of anti fungal agents Method To insulate the yeasts by conventional method from clinical specimens,species is identified by CHROMagar Candida medium and vitek 32 YBC cards,which the resistance to anti fungal agents is detected by ATB fungus kits.Resultl A total of 277 yeasts was detected within the period of study,which proportion is exceed 10 percent of microbial pathogen in all kinds of specimens respectively and among these,dominant species are C.albicans (67.5%)? C.tropicalis (9.7%)? C.krusei (7.6%) and C.glabrate (6.9%).The resistance is increased significantly by compare with that of previous study with Ketoconazaole and Enconazole( P <0.01) Conclusion The infection diseases induced by yeasts as well as itsresistance are increasing and tend to become seriously,we should take enough cautious to this situation and prevent its from developing.
