摘要
就军工企业人才资源管理现状、滞后的原因进行了分析,并就解决的办法提出了见解,提出了人事管理全方位创新的一些方法,其核心是抓住培养、吸引、使用人才三个环节,建立激励人才机制。
The present state of human resource management (HRM) of ordnance factory is investigated. The reason of the qualified personnel dropped behind the average is analyzed. Some ideas to solve the problem and to reform the HRM are proposed, in which the key cores are to train, to attract, to assign suitable work and to build the promotion mechanism.
