摘要
知识经济时代企业的发展主要依靠其所拥有和控制的人力资源 ,而其中的人才资源是经济发展的最主要资源。企业通过对人才的合理配置及适时激励 ,使人才资源最大程度地发挥作用 。
In knowledge economy times, enterprise's development chiefly relyes on the human resource it employes.And the talent resource is a major part in it. The enterprise makes talents give play to their wisdom as well as possible and create much wealth for the enterprise with the reasonable remployment and encouragement of them proper time, .
