摘要
基于国际通用的顾客满意度测评的计量经济学模型 ,应用模糊综合评判和模糊推理建立顾客满意度测评的模糊集合论模型 ,介绍“五一黄金周”旅游市场顾客满意度测评的实证研究。
Based on the quantitative economics model of the University acknowledge customer satisfaction assessment, the paper tries to establish the fuzzy comprehensive model of customer satisfaction assessment with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy deduction and introduces the case study of the market satisfaction assessment of travel in May 1st holiday.
