摘要
采用生物大分子壳聚糖的凝胶系统 ,进行了凝胶注模成型氧化铝瓷的研究。傅立叶变换红外光谱 (FT -IR)分析表明 ,在稀醋酸中壳聚糖和戊二醛通过亚胺键交联反应可以形成较高强度的凝胶体 ,加入氧化铝并不破坏胶体的结构。同时研究探讨了醋酸、壳聚糖、戊二醛含量及Al2 O3 粉末固相体积分数和反应温度等对凝胶固化反应时间的影响因素。通过改变影响因素有效的控制了凝胶反应时间 ,最终实现理想的注模成型工艺。
Gelcasting of alumina is researched with a new system using a biopolymer-chitosan.FT-IR analysis finds that the chitosan and glutaraldehyde is jointed by imine-bond(-C=N-)to form gelation in thin acetic acid.Besides,the addition of ceramic powder does not destroy the bond structure of the gel.The result indicates that the reaction time can be controlled by changing the process parameters which include concentration of polymer,acetic acid and cross-linking agent,ceramic powder content and the temperature of gelation.On the basis of changing such factorsleads to slurry well gelled.
