摘要
本文根据ZrSiO4-Cd(S ,Se)包裹颜料的生产实践需要 ,首次将模糊控制思想应用于陶瓷颜料的生产。设计了液相反应工序的模糊控制系统 ,采用双输入双输出的模糊控制器 ,同时控制酸性溶液与碱性溶液的流量及流量变化 ,达到稳定混合沉淀物的酸碱度的目的 ,从而减少颜料色差 ,提高产品质量。
The idea of fussy controlling technique was firstly put into the production of ceramic pigment by the authors according to the actual producing demand fo the enwrapped pigment ZrSiO 4-C(S,Se).With the applicatio of the designed fussy controlling system,the pigment quality is much improved,its color differences is reduced.The system is equipped with double input/output controllers,which is capable of regulating the flow and flow changes of acid solution and alkaline solution synchronously for the stabilization of acidity and alkalinity of the mixture's sediment.
