摘要
采用四氮唑盐比色法(MTT)测定了21种青岛及其附近海域常见无脊椎动物94%乙醇粗提物对人白血病细胞HK-60和人肺腺癌细胞A-549的抑制率,同时测定了海筒螅Tubuariamarina Torrey等动物不同极性溶剂萃取物的活性。发现海燕Asterina pectinifera的正丁醇萃取物、海筒熄的乙酸乙酯萃取物、红条毛肤石鳖Acanthochiton rubrolineatus的94%的乙醇提取物对HL-60的抑制作用很强,在浓度为0.063mg/mL时抑制率分别为96.7%、63.9%、50.5%;海筒螅的乙酸乙酯萃取物对A-549的抑制率较高,浓度为0.063mg/mL时的抑制率可以达到65.4%。
The anticancer activity of 21 marine invertebrate species which are common near Qingdao seashore was determined by MIT method. It was found that the n-butanol part of Asterina pectinifera, the acetic ether part of Tubuaria marina Torrey, 94% ethanol extract of Acanthochiton rubrolineatus have much stronger inhibition rates on tumor cell HL60, which are 96. 7%, 63.9% and 50. 5% respectively in the concentration of 0.063mg/mL. The inhibition rate of the acetic ether part of Tubuaria marina Torrey on the tumor cell A-549 is 65. 4 % in the concentration of 0. 063 mg/mL.
