摘要
目的 探讨不同月龄小鼠心脏各个部位胶原纤维的分布规律及其含量。方法 常规石蜡切片 ,Masson染色 ,光镜观察 6d、2月和 10~ 12月昆明种小鼠左右心房和左右心室的胶原纤维网络构筑 ,并计算机图像处理系统定量分析。结果 (1)胶原纤维形态构筑大体相似 ,广泛分布于心脏各个部位。 (2 )在心房多是一些较细的胶原纤维 ,心室具有较多的粗胶原纤维。 (3)随年龄增长 ,胶原纤维增多、增粗 ,心房粗纤维增加较少。 (4)心脏胶原纤维心室普遍高于心房 ;从 6d至 12月胶原一直在增长 ,2月以前增长最快。结论 小鼠胶原纤维在心肌细胞之间互相编织成三维空间网络 ,其含量心室高于心房 。
Objective To investigate the distribution pattern and quantity of collagen fibers in the different-month-age mouse heart.Methods Routine paraffin section techniques, Masson staining were used to observe the network architecture in the left atrium and ventricle, right atrium and ventricle on the 6th day,2 months, and 10~12 months mouse hearts under the light microscope ,and the findings were analyzed quantitatively by a computer image analyzing system.Results 1.Collagen fibers were widely distributed in every part of the heart, and the architecture was similar to those in the atrium and ventricle. 2. There were more fine collagen fibers in the atrium , while collagen fibers were large in the ventricle. 3.Collagen fibers became more and thicker with aging, but it hardly changed in the atrium. 4. The amount of collagen fibers became more in the ventricular than in the atrium from the 6th day to 12 months, and the fast growth of collagen fibers was before 2 month of age.Conclusion The collagen fibers are joined each other in the myocardium, and were changed into a complex tridimensional collagen network. The amount of collagen fibers in the ventricular was more than that in the atrium with aging.
