The new situation and problems appeared during the establishment and development of the socialist market economy,as well as the economic globalization and the revolution of the science and technology,urgently require us to deepen our understanding of the Marxism labor value theory. The paper attempts a profound analysis from the concept of labor value,methodology,and the relationship between elements efficiency and the labor value theory.
