美国国际垄断与竞争策略及对中国的借鉴意义

二战之后的美国通过经济殖民主义、通过控制对国际游戏规则的制定权,利用其在政治、经济、军事、技术各个领域的领先优势,不断强化在世界经济的霸主地位。美国的经济法律在对待国内竞争和国际竞争的问题上采取双重标准:以一系列反托拉斯法鼓励充分的国内竞争,但当一家国内企业主要面对国际竞争时,美国政府则通过修订法律促成并购,以保证或形成其国际垄断地位。这种垄断与竞争策略,值得中国政府和企业思考并借鉴。

After the world warⅡ, the American government consolidated its superpower position in the area of politics and economy, military and technology by the economic colonialism and privilege of international game regulations. The government adopted different economic law treatments to the international and domestic competitions, using anti-trust laws to encourage internal competitions and emending some laws to secure combination when the American corporations facing external competitions to ensure American monopoly place in the world. This kind of strategy gives us some ideas to be considered.
