Analysis on the Management of Enterprise's Credit

信用管理是企业管理的一个重要组成部分。目前在企业信用管理中存在着非契约负债泛滥、业务人员垄断客户信息、盲目交易以及客户付款行为缺少约束等问题。要解决这些问题必须从建立个人信用制度、建立政府信用体系、依法保障信用体系和实行全面信用管理模式等方面着手。

The management of enterprise's credit is a very important parting of management.But there are some problems,such as overflow of debt without contract;salesmen monopolized the custom's information;blindness to trade;it is oecessary to establish the system of personal credit,the government credit,the system of government credit,ensure the system of credit under law and carry out the management of credit.
