新时期我国高校毕业生就业的问题与对策

经过二十多年的改革 ,我国高等学校毕业生就业制度正从计划经济体制下的”分配”制度向市场经济体制下的“就业”制度转变。随着高等教育规模的不断扩大 ,毕业生就业问题逐步显露出来。其原因是多方面的 ,有观念上的、制度上的 ,也有社会需求与高等教育自身的问题。进一步的改革也需要从这些方面着手。其中鼓励毕业生自主创业 ,将是毕业生就业制度的又一次重大创新。

There are many aspects of reason have relation to these problems, which from ideas, system, social need and higher education itself. The further reform should start from here.
